Its principle of operation is based on the use of an ultraviolet lamp, whose emission of ultraviolet rays with a wavelength of 254Nm is microbicidal and seed-killing covering the whole range of pathogenic organisms (fungi, bacteria, mycobacteria, pathogens, their seeds, etc. or particles). The device is made of cold rolled steel sheet, painted with strong epoxy electrostatic oven paint. It has: two air inlet / outlet fans, glossy stainless steel sheet AISI304, as a reflector, time meter, operation indicator lamp, special microparticle-dust filter (optional).

The emission of the wavelength at the exclusive value of 254Nm is a microbicide (sporicide). There is no visual contact with the lamp and therefore full protection of the staff is ensured, as long as its presence lasts, but also of the surfaces in the space. The air of the space is recycled with the help of the two fans. The lamp is easily placed anywhere (at the junction of two walls, ceiling and vertical, etc.).
