Returns
Since the current return policy is applied, you have the option to return the products bought. Specifically:
- The date of purchase and the date of the return request should not exceed 14 calendar days.
- You should place your request at info@physiomed.com.gr by attaching your purchase receipt (or invoice), describing the details of the return, your name and phone number. Our company has the right to contact you in case it is necessary to seek clarifications regarding your request.
- The product must be in excellent condition, unused and the package must be closed. In case the product is deemed used, it will not be accepted and it will be returned to the sender with a charge of delivery.
- In case the product falls within the guarantee issue and the guarantee hasn’t expired, we will replace the product free of charge.
- If you wish to return a non-faulty product and if you meet the return conditions, you will be charged with the shipping cost through a delivery company (not through post). However, if the product is faulty and you meet the return conditions, we will replace the product free of charge.
- Every return should be accompanied by the purchase receipt (or invoice). In the case of an invoice you should use the return form.
- Εφόσον τηρούνται οι ανωτέρω όροι, η εταιρία μας εντός διαστήματος 14 ημερολογιακών ημερών, θα επιστρέψει την αξία των εμπορευμάτων στον τραπεζικό λογαριασμό που γραπτώς θα μας υποδείξετε.

Order cancellation
You can cancel your order only if it hasn’t been received by the delivery company. If it has been received by the delivery company and you still wish to cancel it, you will be charged with the shipping cost. You can cancel your order over the phone or through emai at info@physiomed.com.gr.
Exceptions
There are products that cannot be returned. Those are products that go off (e.g. socks, leggings, products that are part of an offer etc.). In every case, you will be notified whether a product can or cannot be returned, after you send your request.
Disclaimer
The company has the right to deny a refund even if you meet the return conditions, in the case of continuous and unjustifiable returns.
